STEP 1:
The first step is to select a

STEP 2:
After choosing the universities
you need to move towards the enrollment process. In this process, you need to
apply for the enrollment in your chosen university with the required certified
copies of your academic mark sheets and other certificates.
STEP 3:
The account opening is the next
step. In this step you need to open a blocked account in the duration of 4 to 6
weeks. Here you need to transfer 8,640 Euro in Kotak Mahindra or Deutche bank.
STEP 4:
In the meanwhile when you are
waiting for the admission letter from your German university, prepare your all
the necessary documents that are required for your visa procedure. The complete
list of documents is:
- Valid passport, 1 copy of your passport’s data page.
- 3 passport pictures according to biometric specifications
- Personal covering letter with entire travel plan
- Proof of payment of study fees if applicable
- For Minors: If travelling unaccompanied by parent(s), consent letter signed by both parents & applicants data page
- Proof of other academic qualifications, if applicable
- Proof of language proficiency in English and/or German
- No-objection certificate of school or university in Germany
- Proof of financial status
- Income Tax Return (ITR)
- Personal bank statement
- Proof of accommodation
- Flight reservation
- Travel health insurance
- Proof of civil status
STEP 5:
Fill your application form for National
Visa, take a print out, sign it and submit it with the other required
documents.
STEP 6:
Make an appointment with the German
Mission for your visa interview.
STEP 7:
Please verify the current
exchange rate before your appointment and make a demand draft of your visa fee.
The Demand Drafts with incorrect amounts will not be accepted. Don’t forget
that the fees cannot be paid in cash, it has to be paid by Demand Draft at the
time of the visa interview. This fee is not refundable, even when the visa is
rejected.
